My name Tedi Sumaryadi. I was the father of two daughters and a teacher from the Vocational High School in Indonesia. As a parent I hope my children can achieve success than what the purpose of their lives. To achieve these objectives is not easy. However, all of that is learning. It is important for us as parents to instill positive attitudes and behavior in their activities.
I read some books and articles about positive parenting. According to my perspective, positive parenting is the way we educate children to inculcate positive attitudes and behavior in their activities. Parents are the first education acquired by children. Their behavior is a reflection of our attitudes in life.
As a teacher, I also observed the behaviors of my students carefully. With a wide variety of family background, which came to my mind is that not all of my students receive positive parenting from their parents. But here is the challenge, teachers also their parents at the school. teacher education is also important for students to form their positive personality in the future.
Articles I wrote on this blog is my view in applying positive parenting to my children and my students. Hopefully I can inspire the readers.
